English Ironstone Antique Stained Floral Candy Dish

The most beautiful little ironstone candy dish does exist if you love staining, crazing and florals! This is a matched set, even though the lid has not aged the same as the base which is common. On one side the florals are blue and brown and on the other side the florals are a deep maroon and brown. The character is just amazing. Both pieces are stamped with their English maker and the base has stamped and debossed markings. There is a faded gold strip and wonderful raised embellishments.

Measures 5.25 inches tall with lid, 4 inches side to side and 8 inches end to end.
