Shipping policy
Please note, the vintage and antique offerings here are often one of a kind—and that’s what makes them special. Each item will have its own signs of age, wear, and character. If any flaws are present (such as cracks, chips, repairs, or loose parts), they will always be noted in the description and shown clearly in the photos.
I do my best to securely wrap and box your items (often using waterproof packaging if needed) to protect them during transit. Once your item has been handed off to the shipping carrier, I cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. I’m happy to assist where possible, but I do not file carrier claims on behalf of buyers.
I generally ship with USPS unless the item is very large, in which case UPS will be used. Tracking information will always be provided once your item ships.
Orders typically ship within 7-10 days of paid purchase. On rare occasions when shipping may take longer, that will be mentioned in my shop announcements. Please note that holidays or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.
