Antique Primitive Scandinavian Bread Board With Carvings

This board is so incredibly special! Received in my box of Swedish treenware, it has the most interesting shape and of course the perfect patina.  You can see old knife marks and it can hang beautifully. What makes this board so amazing is that there are carvings all over one side of it! At one point you may have been able to read words and you can see patterns and shapes. There is a knot and a superficial split from its age but it still has integrity. It is spectacular.
