Vintage Silver Footed Dish With Handle And Patina

I hope someone loves this beautiful footed dish as much as I do! It has the most fabulous patina just how I like them. The dish is rectangular and elevated on four ornate feet. The handle swivels down flush with the sides or stands up and has gorgeous ornate details as well. On the inside of the dish, an added bonus is etched florals. There is a maker's stamp on the bottom that I can't quite make out, maybe a William Rogers. Included is a beautiful piece of soft vintage sea sponge which contrasts beautifully.

Dish measures 10 inches long, 6.5 inches across the ends and 2.75 inches tall (dish itself). With the handle it is 8.5 inches tall.
