1940s Original Oil Portrait Of A Southern Granny

I saw this sweet unframed old portrait at an estate sale once and I couldn't leave her. The sellers said it was done in the 1940s along with others that were too water damaged to save. It has the sweetest muted tones of blue and gray/beige and just look at her little brooch and glasses! It is on board and there is fraying at the corner edges as well as a few scrapes on the front. She has the sweetest face and blue eyes and would be so pretty leaned up on a shelf or framed in a gallery. If your vibe is coastal, cottage, primitive, old world, Americana, country...she goes with it all!
