Vintage Metal Green and Red First Aid Kit

This sweet metal first aid kit is likely from the 1950s and it was provided by the American Red Cross.  It has a good amount of rust present.  The clasps and hinges work and it could be displayed open, closed or hung by the attached brackets.  There are some contents inside visible in the photos.  It appears at one point an ointment or liquid may have leaked, causing evidence on the paper inside; however it is now dry and free of those products.  For decoration only, not intended for medical use.
